Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court for entrustment of the investigation of the case in FIR No.13 dated 02.03.2021 registered under Sections 21(c), 27A, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran to some independent agency like Central Bureau of Investigation-respondent No.11. Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
