(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioner states that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the present criminal revision filed against the impugned order dated 25.9.2024 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad. He accordingly withdraws the same and he will seek appropriate remedy, as per law.
