The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.30 dated 07.10.2019 registered under Sections 376, 498-A and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, however, Section 498-A IPC was deleted later on and Section 494 IPC was added, at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
