(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case registered vide FIR No.403 dated 23.12.2021 under Sections 3/13(1), 5/13(2), 8/13(3) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.05.2022 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions from SI Satish submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 19.05.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 19.05.2022 is made absolute.
