Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 28 dated 19.3.2014 under Section 302, 216, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Behal.

Heard.

Admittedly, charge has been framed against the petitioner under the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 31.7.2014. Conclusion of trial may take time. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhiwani.
