**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) The present petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners, for quashing of FIR No. 175, dated 10.08.2000 (Annexure P-1), for offences punishable under Sections 326, 323, 148, 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga (Presently village Galoti falls within the jurisdiction of P.S. Kot Ise Khan). Counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of present petition, investigating agency submitted the cancellation report before the Court of Area Magistrate, and same has been accepted vide order dated 04.05.2022.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, also confirms the status of investigation and cancellation of FIR. In view of above facts & circumstances, counsel for the petitioners submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous, and may be disposed of as such.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
