*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to conduct proper, fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in case FIR No.147 dated 05.08.2017 under Section 304-B IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad (Annexure P/1) as also to take appropriate action against the accused persons, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 154 to 173 (Chapter XII) of CrPC.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Malook Singh submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the above said FIR i.e. FIR No.147 dated 05.08.2017 (Annexure P/1) has been quashed on the basis of compromise dated 10.02.2018, by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.04.2018 passed in CRM-M No.8316 of 2018. 4.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case AMIT KHANCHI 2024.03.21 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order
