Present:

******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Heard.
Petitioner has sought direction to the prosecution to produce all the prosecution witnesses and also to trial Court to conclude the trial. Learned State counsel submits that after framing of charge on 24.02.2015, the prosecution has examined 48 out 75 witnesses. The attempt is being made to conclude examination of all the witnesses at the earliest. The instant petition is disposed of with direction to trial Court to take steps to expedite trial of the case and attempt to dispose of the same at the earliest, provided the defence counsel cooperates in cross-examining the witnesses on the day they put in appearance and does not seek adjournments to cross-examine them. In case any of the accused is in custody, attempts will be made to conclude the trial using video conferencing.
