The learned State counsel submits that in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the petitioner's request for premature retirement has been accepted and the order, by which she was reverted, has been cancelled vide order dated 04.05.2023.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
