RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic. Through this criminal writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life, liberty and property of petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.
