(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.97 dated 03.10.2015, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of settlement agreement effected between the parties on 08.03.2017, which has been duly signed by both the parties. In view of the above-said fact, order dated 20.11.2015, passed Naresh Kumar 2017.03.17 10:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the
