(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and not to harass them at the instance of respondent Nos. 4 to 7.

The petitioners have got married against the wishes of their parents. They are stated to be major. In support of her proof of age petitioner No.1 has placed on record an extract of her Matriculation Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) wherein her date of birth is mentioned as 12.01.1995 and petitioner No.2 has placed on record an extract of his Aadhar Card (Annexure P-2) depicting his date of birth as 22.10.1994. They have also moved a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-5) for protection of their life and liberty.
