The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.78 dated 19.08.2019 registered under Sections 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Special Task Force (Phase IV), District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Custody certificate dated 13.01.2021 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
