Learned counsel for respondent No.5 states that the similar matter already stands disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 22.09.2025 in a bunch of petitions, with a lead case bearing CRM-M-39447-2025 titled as Navpreet Singh vs. State of Punjab and Others and prays that the same may be disposed of in terms thereof and which reads thus: "The counsels for the petitioner(s) contend that directions be issued to the Respondent-Bank(s) not to dispossess them of the vehicles except in accordance with due process of law.

The counsels for the respondents-Bank(s) at the very outset undertake that they would not dispossess the petitioner(s) of the vehicles except in accordance with due process of law.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
