**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that during pendency of present appeal, sole Arbitrator has been appointed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice in ARB No.2 of 2019 vide order dated 29.07.2022.

Learned Senior counsel seeks to withdraw this petition as all the pleas are available to him to be raised before the Arbitrator.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
