RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.519 dated 06.09.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 218, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station City, Fatehabad, to some independent agency. Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Nihal Singh, contends that in the instant case cancellation report has been filed and notice for the same has been issued to the petitioner on 26.02.2018 informing him about the same.

In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
