*** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.117, dated 20.06.2020 registered at Police Station, Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda, under Sections 379, 427, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC and Section 25/27 of Arms Act.
2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith.
3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.07.2020, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
