Petitioner has filed this third petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0014 dated 11.02.2023, under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 were added later on), registered at Police Station Ghanaur, District Patiala.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
