(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 131 dated 27.09.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323/34, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Women Police Station Faridabad; charge-sheet filed by the police (Annexure P-4) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on merits. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the impugned FIR has already been quashed on the basis of compromise by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2024, passed in CRM-M-56763-2023, titled as 'Akshet Dhawan and others vs. State of Haryana and another'.
Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 2 have not disputed the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
