(ORAL) The present peon has been filed under Secon 482 CrPC for se)ng aside the order dated 11.12.2023 vide which the peoner was declared proclaimed person by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panchkula in a complaint No. NACT-1168 of 23.10.2018 tled as M/s Om Metal Vs. C.H. Electricals etc.

Counsel for the peoner submits that in compliance of order dated 25.04.2024 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the peoner has put in appearance before the trial Court. As per which, the Court of JMIC, Panchkula had accepted the bail bonds and surety bonds of the accused-Manpreet Singh. Photocopy of order dated 01.05.2024 passed by the JMIC, Panchkula is taken on record. 3.

Once the peoner has complied with the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, there is no reason to connue the order dated 11.12.2023, vide which the peoner was declared as a proclaimed offender. 4.

Given above, the present peon is allowed and impugned order dated 11.12.2023 vide which peoner-Manpreet Singh was declared a proclaimed person is set aside with the clear cut understanding that the peoner shall always remain present in the Court whenever the ma;er is listed except for the reasons beyond the peoner's control. All pending miscellaneous applicaons, if any, stand disposed of.
