*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No.33 dated 09.06.2018 (Annexure P/1) under Sections 363/366-A/511 IPC registered at Police Station "D" Division, Amritsar and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 08.03.2022 (Annexure P/2) arrived at between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous as both the petitioners/accused have been acquitted vide order dated 01.12.2022 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar in the aforementioned FIR, i.e. FIR No.33 dated 09.06.2018 (Annexure P/1). 3.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the abovesaid facts. 4.

In view of the position noted above as well as the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed as having been rendered infructuous.
