(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside the order dated 17.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar in case FIR No.0063 dated 20.05.2021 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered with Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar, whereby the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender due to non-appearance on the date fixed.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw this petition. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court that in case, the petitioner surrenders before it within a period of 07 days from today, his application for regular bail may be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 07 days of its filing.
