(Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to grant them promotion and other consequential benefits by refixing the seniority list by amending the seniority list under 12.5% quota for the post of AE w.e.f December 2006/2008 respectively to consider their B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering passed by the petitioners from IASE Deemed University, Sardarshahr (Rajasthan) in the year 2006 and Janardhan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur, Rajasthan in the year 2008 respectively which they have qualified by passing AICTE UGC Special Examination, conducted during December 16 to 19,2018 and in the light of their degrees stand validated on the basis of certificates (Annexure P-6 and P-7). Issue notice of motion.

Mr. Deepak Manchanda Advocate who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the Nigam. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to look into representation dated 25.02.2019 (Annexure P-8) and pass speaking order after considering the certificates of the petitioners (P-6 and P-7) within a period of four months.
