(ORAL) Petitioners herein seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to fill up 203 vacant posts of Physically Handicapped category which were published vide advertisement No.02/2012 dated 08.11.2012. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondent-authorities to issue appointment letters to the petitioners, who despite being fully eligible and meritorious, are still working as Ad hoc employees,.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners submitted a detailed representation dated 22.06.2020 but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the writ petition. 3.

Mr. Vikrant Pamboo, DAG, Haryana who has joined proceedings, on service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the representation dated 22.06.2020 (Annexure P-5) and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present writ petition by treating it as a supplementary representation and pass an order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
