This is a Revision Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the impugned order dated 31.03.2023 (P-9) passed by the trial Court in civil suit No. CS 720/2017 vide which application dated 21.02.2023 of the petitioner/defendant No.4 and 5 for amendment of written statement has been dismissed, and further prayer has been made to allow the petitioner to make the proposed amendment in the written statement. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted there are some points which have arisen in favour of the petitioner in the cross-examination of the witnesses of the plaintiff, and thus seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, which are available to her in accordance with law, during the course of trial.
