***** ANOOP CHITKARA , J.(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 10.09.2018 (Annexure P-4) vide which the non bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner and others on the ground that they have not complied with the judgment dated 09.08.2018 (Annexure P-2). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an appeal against the conviction before the learned Sessions Court, who had released him on probation and also by payment of Rs.5000/-. He further submits that a sum of Rs.5000/- was paid by him, whereas, it was not paid by the other two convicts. He submits that the present non-bailable warrants have been issued because the money was not paid by the other two persons. Counsel has drawn attention of this Court to Annexure P-3 at Page 41 which is the receipt of Rs.5000/- paid to Shamsher Singh/complainant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 29.04.2024, the petitioner had appeared before the concerned Court and furnished bonds of probation and made the compliance of order dated 09.08.2018. Since, the petitioner already comply with the judgment, as such, the impugned order be set aside. 4.
Given above, this petition is allowed. Order dated 10.09.2018 as Annexure P-4 issued by JMIC, Rupnagar are hereby quashed qua the petitioner.
