This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 110 dated 26.09.2015 under Sections 341, 354, 354(B), 34 IPC and under section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station City Jalalabad. Allegation against the petitioner is that he used to tease the minor girls when they came to him for tuitions and make certain obscene remarks. As this allegation was supported by nine girls, instant FIR was registered and petitioner was arrested. He is stated to be in custody since 27.09.2015. Investigating agency is yet to submit the final report before the competent court. Heard.

Keeping in view period of incarceration of the petitioner and the fact that trial may still take long time to conclude, I am of the considered view that no useful purpose would be served by detaining the petitioner in custody any longer.
