This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 223 dated 13.11.2014 under Sections 406, 498-A, 323 & 506 IPC at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that there has been a compromise between the parties. An amount of `2.00 lacs has been paid to respondent no. 2-complainant and a petition under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has also been moved.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Mange Ram, who is present in court, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and no longer required by the investigating agency. In view of the above, order dated March 03, 2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
