**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 292 dated 3.5.2017 registered at Police Station Sector-5, Gurugram under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the mother-in-law and the deceased had left behind a daughter who is with the petitioner's family and the petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2017 and the incident had occurred after six years of marriage and it was a case of suicide and the girl had hanged herself. The counsel further submits that examination-in-chief of the complainant had been recorded on the last date of hearing and the case is fixed today for the cross-examination. Petitioner is in custody since June 2017. There is a child from the marriage. The father of the child is also in custody. The petitioner is the mother-in-law.
Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
