(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on the representation dated 23.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner against respondent No.5 and his recovery agents/henchmen who are trying to take possession of the petitioner's vehicle forcibly and are also harassing him and his family members.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition so as to take recourse to alternative remedies as are available to him in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
