Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Brijinder Singh, Police Station, Samrala, District Ludhiana, submits that out of nine, five prosecution witnesses have been examined, He further contends that the prosecution is pressing hard the witnesses to appear before learned trial court so that trial is concluded at the earliest.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the fact that 40 bottles of Rexcof were recovered from the petitioner and he is behind the bars from 02.10.2012, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
