(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioners herein would contend that after the FIR was registered, the matter was investigated and they were kept in column No.2. However, during the proceedings, petitioners were summoned as additional accused, which order has been challenged by filing a revision petition.

The instant petition had been filed for grant of anticipatory bail and by order dated 23.06.2021, the petitioners had been directed to put in appearance before the trial Court subsequent to which they have already put in their appearance before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail.

I have heard counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that the petitioners are already on interim bail as allowed by the trial Court, no
