SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Original affidavits of Mohd. Kaptan and Sarida @ Sanjida taken on record. As per affidavit of Mohd. Kaptan, he was earlier married with Firdosh daughter of Sher Mohd. Resident of Village Mayapur, Tehsil Tijara, District Alwar. In her affidavit, Sarida @ Sanjida has stated that she was earlier married with Ismail son of Wahid, resident of Dhiranki Tehsil Hathin, District Palwal, who had divorced her. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that due to typographical mistake, Firdosh has been mentioned as son of Sher Mohd. Instead of daughter of Sher Mohd. He confines the relief claimed in this petition for direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 01.09.2018 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

In view of above submission of learned counsel for petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to look into the representation dated 01.09.2018 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action in accordance with SACHIN MEHTA 2018.09.14 16:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
