SUDHIR MITTAL, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of this petition, charges have been framed and the trial has commenced. In fact, it is at the stage of finalization as seven out of nine prosecution witnesses stand examined.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
