Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the present appeal. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 4.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
