Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length and sensing the difficulty faced by him, prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

It will be noted here that petitioner No.1 is married with Surinder Pal Singh and also has a daughter who is nine years old. A divorce petition filed by petitioner No.1, is pending. Keeping in view the prayer made, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
