RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 247 dated 13.10.2017 registered under Sections 267, 420, 468 and 471 IPC a Police Station Sector-14, Panchkula.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ram Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
