(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take action against respondent No. 4 in view of case F.I.R No. 11 dated 21.03.2015 under Section 376 IPC registered at P.S Sehna, District Barnala. On notice, a reply has been filed by respondent Nos. 1 to 3 stating therein that the above mentioned F.I.R was registered on the statement of the petitioner with the allegation that respondent No. 4 has committed rape with her on the ground that he will perform marriage with her. He further took away one gas cylinder, 1⁄2 tola golden topas and Rs.10,000/- cash and is extending threats to kill her.

During investigation, petitioner was got medically examined from Civil Hospital, Barnala but no semen could be detected. Thus, no truth was found in the allegation of rape with the petitioner by accused. It was found that the petitioner has been demanding the land of her share from respondent No. 4 but he did not give the same to her, due to this grudge, she lodged the present F.I.R. A cancellation report was prepared on 01.07.2015, which was approved by S.S.P, GAURAV ARORA 2016.09.21 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-38027 of 2015 -2Barnala and will be presented in the Court of learned Illaqa Magistrate. In view of the detailed reply, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
