***** G.S. Sandhawalia, J.(Oral) An application has been moved by respondent No.5-Gram Panchayat for seeking permission to utilize the land in question for development and welfare of the Gram Panchayat, in the main case preferred by the petitioners.

Since learned counsel for the petitioners had expired, notices were ordered to be issued to the petitioners on 05.08.2024. 3.

As per office report, notice issued to petitioner No.1 has been received back served through son and notice issued to petitioner No.2 has been received back unserved with the report that her son has stated that this case does not relate to them. Petitioner No.3 is unserved as he has left the address and petitioners No.4 and 6 have refused to accept the notices but served through NEETU RANI 2024.10.25 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD

CM No.12154-CWP of 2024 in/and CWP No.19553 of 2005 -2affixation. It has also been reported that petitioner No.5 has died. 4.

Today, neither learned counsel for the petitioner nor anybody on behalf of the petitioners has appeared.

In such circumstances, we are left with no other option but to dismiss the main writ petition bearing CWP No.19553 of 2005 for want of prosecution. Resultantly, the same stands dismissed accordingly. 6.
