H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since appeared in the trial Court and has been admitted to bail. He has placed on file certified copy of order passed by the trial Court on 1.12.2017, in that regard.
Learned counsel for UT, Chandigarh, has submitted that as per verification carried out by the Investigating Officer, the petitioner has appeared in the trial Court.
In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
