(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that by suppressing the facts that two different orders were passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and also the fact that earlier a writ petition (Annexure R-4) was filed by respondent No.3 i.e. CWP No. 5915 of 2020 for enforcements of one such order passed on 17.12.2018 under Section 14 of the Act, the petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking interim relief. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute this contention. He states that petitioners are willing to have their loan accounts restructured by making a representation to respondent No.3. In these facts and circumstances, the interim order granted on 04.08.2020 is vacated granting liberty to the petitioners to file a representation before respondent No.3 for restructuring of the loan account of the petitioners.
