In view of the aforestated position, this Court does not deem appropriate to grant bail at this stage as the matter is virtually at its fag end and the same in every likelihood would be concluded shortly. The petition, as such, is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to take all necessary steps for expeditious disposal of the trial. The prosecution is directed to ensure the presence of remaining PWs on the next date fixed before the Trial Court, so that there is no further delay in conclusion of trial.
