(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 25.10.2021 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Rent Appellate Authority, Patiala, whereby the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure for amendment of the written statement filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even on second call. The same had been the situation even on previous two dates. In view of the above, this Court does not find any reason to continue with the present petition any more.

Dismissed.
