-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Writ petition is bereft of seniority list vis-a-vis claim in writ petition seeking promotion at par with his juniors. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in similar matters, notice of motion has been issued.

I cannot imply notice of motion order in the absence of pleadings of other writ petition in order to ascertain whether the aforementioned seniority list in that petition was attached or not. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of writ petition to file a fresh one on same cause of action with better and more particulars. Ordered accordingly.
