SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.176 dated 03.07.2025, under Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act (Section 27-A of the NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Anti Narcotic Task Force, Sohana, Sector79, District SAS Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 3.
