(Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition for quashing of FIR No.296 dated 19.11.2013, under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and summoning order dated 25.03.2015 (Annexure P-3) whereby the petitioner Aditi Sharma (married sister-in-law of respondent No.2) and Mridula Kansar (mother-in-law) have been summoned to face the trial under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC. The allegations against the petitioner and Mridula Kansra are similar in nature.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel intends to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to take all the pleas before the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is married sister-inlaw of respondent No2 and is staying happily in her matrimonial house, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is exempted during the trial.
