In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted appointment on compassionate ground as Canal Patwari vide appointment letter dated 07.09.2001, but he has not been granted the benefit of Old Pension Scheme which had came into operation w.e.f. 01.01.2004.

Learned counsel for both the parties submits that the issue raised in the present petition has already been answered by this Court while passing order in bunch of petitions including CWP-22972 of 2011 titled as "Santosh Devi versus State of Haryana and others, decided on 28.08.2023", hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in CWP-22972 of 2011- Santosh Devi's

CWP-8699-2023 (O&M) -2case (supra) .

Keeping in view the statement made by learned counsel for both the parties recorded herein above, the present petition is dismissed in the same terms and conditions as held in CWP-22972 of 2011- Santosh Devi's case (supra) .
