The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.1104 dated 16.11.2024 under Section 21-B of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.

After arguing for considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
