Petitioners are the maternal uncles of the main accused who had fraudulently married the complainant Kamlesh and committed acts of cruelty, cheating and criminal intimidation. The petitioners have joined investigation.

In view of above circumstances, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 11.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (M.M.S. BEDI) January 16, 2015.
