This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuing directions to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to enquire the matter related to complaints dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) and 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) through some senior police officials at least from the rank of DSP and to take appropriate legal action against respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for committing fraud. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representations/complaints 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) and 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Karnal against respondent Nos.4 and 5 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Karnal to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, Karnal to consider and decide the representations/complaints dated 30.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) and 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
